As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity as a Production Control Clerk in our Corporate location. The candidate for this position will monitor all internet-based customer information systems at the intervals required by the customer. We are recruiting for a vacant position Hourly rate = $21.00/hr Experience: * 1-3yrs experience in working with OEM Portals, including Ford CMMS, Stellantis SMART, Toyota Supplier.com, GM Supply Power * Knowledge of PLEX ERP software is an asset * Solid working knowledge with Excel Responibilties: * Responsible for answering Customer portals at the intervals required by the customer. This includes data maintenance, communication and distribution as it relates to Production Control and Shipping * Monitor customer ratings and disputing violations as well as updating key measurable tracking * Review EDI log and edit Customer Releases daily. Enter manual releases as necessary * Act as liaison between our shipping departments and the customer for part and container related issues * Follow-up on customer requests ensuring all pertinent information is communicated to our Production Control Manager(s) * Responsible for coordinating special or miscellaneous type shipments Our goal is to attract talented and motivated individuals who possess the desire to excel in their field. Requirements
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience working with various OEM portals and possess a solid working knowledge of Excel. Familiarity with PLEX ERP software is considered an asset for this role.
