Rotation/Shifts Days, weekends, 4 and 8 hour shifts. For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change. Basic Requirements Baccalaureate of Science or Nutrition related discipline from a University of recognized standing; Completed post graduate Dietetic Internship or integrated training recognized by Dietitians of Canada; Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario; Advanced knowledge of medical terminology; Excellent knowledge of therapeutic nutrition and education techniques; Ability to supervise/lead/coach/mentor; Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Sound judgement and problem solving skills; Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-disciplinary/inter-professional setting; Must be eligible to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Member of Dietitians of Canada; Experience with multidisciplinary team approach, and education of health team members; Demonstrated experience with nutrition support (enteral and parenteral nutrition); Experience conducting subjective global assessments; Experience counselling patients; Proficiency in English and French oral expression (level 4 - advanced) and comprehension (level 4 - advanced). Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in science or a nutrition-related discipline, recognized dietetic internship or integrated training, and membership in the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Candidates need strong therapeutic nutrition, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; French and English proficiency and additional clinical nutrition experience are preferred.
