Job summary
CIL is hiring an Inside Sale Representative. You will be a part of the Dulux Paint stores team. You will focus on driving sales and growing relationships within the Dartmouth, NS territory! Are you a motivated and customer-focused relationship builder who can establish an ongoing positive rapport with all customers over the phone? This may be your next challenge! Key Responsibilities: Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases. Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential. Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance and color in response to customer needs. Utilize CRM sales tool to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc. Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded. Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets in alignment with Dulux (CIL) pricing strategies. Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 or more years of sales experience and previous experience using a CRM tool to collect and measure performance and customer data is considered an asset.
