Location: McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2 THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Coffee Supervisor to join our Root Cellar team! As a Coffee Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Coffee Project, including monitoring product quality and availability, merchandising, loss, cash handling accuracy and customer service standards. Merchandise coffee products to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and complement overall store appearance. Consistently provide excellent service to all customers. Gain product and supplier knowledge to better serve customers. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Project, adhering to Food Safety regulations. Effectively monitor product quality to minimize product loss. Assist in the creation and maintenance of beverages and bakery products. What You Bring To The Table Previous supervisor and coffee service experience. The ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, work in a cool environment, and lift up to 50lbs. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment. The ability to lead a team. Provide superior customer service. Be willing and available to work full time, 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, afternoons and weekends.
