The ideal candidate will have previous grocery experience and will assist the Grocery Leadership Team in overseeing the daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring the proper rotation and display of product to meet our high standards for freshness and quality. Assist in managing, motivating, training and developing staff according to company policies and procedures. Merchandise grocery items so that it is organized and visually appealing to maximize sales and uphold overall store appearance. Control product rotation with grocery floor stock, manage floor displays to ensure limited product loss, execute in store specials when necessary. Manage inventory levels to limit product loss. Provide exceptional customer service in all situations, including returns and complaints. Maintain store and display signage to set standards. A passion for providing superior customer service and sharing produce knowledge. A positive attitude and the desire to lead and motivate a team. The physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs repeatedly. The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. The availability to work full-time, 40 hours weekly for a variety of shifts including evenings and at least one weekend day.

Requirements
