We are seeking driven, professional & energetic candidates to join our Residential Operations team for the position of Community Manager located at our properties located in Sarnia, ON. As a Community Manager, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential property. From driving occupancy and supporting financial performance to leading on-site teams and delivering outstanding customer service, you'll help ensure the community runs smoothly and successfully. You'll build strong relationships with residents, respond to concerns with care and urgency, and collaborate with internal teams to create a place residents are proud to call home while contributing to Skyline's continued success. What You’ll Be Doing * Deliver exceptional resident experiences by building strong relationships and responding to questions and concerns with care and urgency. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community, including administration, leasing, rent collection, inspections, and documentation. * Support occupancy and revenue goals by assisting with leasing activities, resident retention programs, and property marketing initiatives. * Coordinate resident engagement initiatives and community events that help create a welcoming and connected living environment. * Ensure the property operates safely and efficiently by maintaining records, conducting inspections, and supporting compliance with company policies and procedures. What You Bring * A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to create positive experiences for residents. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle challenges confidently and professionally. * Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * Experience in customer service, administration, property management, hospitality, or a related field. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning property management software, such as Yardi. * A valid driver's license and the flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or respond to urgent resident needs.
