BA (Process Engineering) Toronto, ON -Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite 6 months contract Rate: CAD$55/hr on T4 Experience : 12 years Candidates must demonstrate extensive payments domain expertise, including: • Deep knowledge of high value payments (HVP) and low value payments (LVP) ecosystems • Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) products and end to end FX processing • Expertise in domestic and foreign exchange nostro and vostro accounting • Proficiency in liquidity management across intraday and end of day operations • Knowledge of risk management and operations processing within payments environments • Strong familiarity with SWIFT ISO 20022 message standards, including payment, cash management and FX message schemas Methodology Focus: • Lean – eliminate waste, non value added activity and maximize flow (cycle time) from the customer’s perspective. • Six Sigma – reduce process variation and defects to deliver quality, error free and consistent outcomes. • Lean Six Sigma – combine Lean and Six Sigma to deliver faster, higher quality outcomes at lower cost/complexity. • Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – radical redesign for dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service and speed. • Continuous Process Improvement – establish metrics and reporting, conduct operational reviews/health checks, facilitate and mentor improvement with leaders and teams.
