Role: Lead Java Developer Location: Toronto(Hybrid) Responsibilities: 8+ years of software development experience, with significant experience in a technical lead capacity. Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern Java frameworks, such as Spring Boot. Strong development experience with Kotlin. Proficiency with React and modern frontend development practices. Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization. Experience building and deploying applications using Docker and containerized environments. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development. Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices. Strong understanding of application security, scalability, reliability, and performance. Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring software engineers.
