Overview The Production Worker (a.k.a. Assembler) will be responsible for assembling Commercial brand heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to electrical components, electrical wiring preparation and Enclosure Assembly. Assemble heaters according to job orders, ensuring all required components are properly controlled and available for each build. Able to consistently and repeatedly complete wire harnesses with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections. Perform subassembly tasks, including enclosure assembly with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections. Maintain high standards of quality control for all parts and finished products, including identifying and dispositioning of non-conformances. Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead.
