*Floater Security Guard ? On-Call Shifts* *Job Type:* Floater Security Guard / On-Call *Company Overview:* We are seeking professional and reliable Floater Security Guards to join our team for casual and on-call assignments across various sites. This role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to support multiple locations as needed. *Position Summary:* The Floater Security Guard will provide security coverage on an as-needed basis, supporting site operations, maintaining safety, and assisting with crowd control and customer service. Candidates must be adaptable, professional, and able to respond effectively in different environments. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide visible security presence to deter incidents * Monitor access points and conduct ID/bag checks when required * Perform patrols of assigned locations * Assist with crowd control and incident response * Enforce site rules and safety procedures * Complete incident reports as needed * Provide customer service to clients and visitors * Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when required *Requirements:* * Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory) * Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory) * Ability to stand and walk for long periods * Legally eligible to work in Canada *Preferred:* * First Aid & CPR/AED (asset) * Experience in event or site security * Multilingual abilities (asset) *Compensation:* * Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) * Flexible on-call scheduling * Opportunity for ongoing assignments and growth *Equal Opportunity Employer:* We are committed to an inclusive workplace.
