Location: Downtown Montreal (Station Place-Des-Arts and on-site parking) Your main tasks will be: Analysis of the GL along with an explanation of actual results vs. budget Monitor the financial performance of the company or companies Compile and analyze financial reporting packages, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Prepare monthly and annual budgets Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedure Communicate financial measures to senior management Provide leadership and support to accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll (HR) departments Full accounting cycle, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries Support during audits Other tasks as needed Required skills Experience: 5 years or more Title/designation an asset Experience with financial statements Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and accounting software / tax declarations Education: Bachelor's degree + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
