Job summary
Campus Ambassador Thryve is looking for outgoing and approachable students to represent our brand on campus. In this role, you will walk around high-traffic areas of your university, speak directly with students, introduce them to Thryve, and encourage them to sign up for the platform. Campus Ambassadors will engage with students in areas such as libraries, student centres, cafeterias, residence buildings, and outdoor campus spaces. You will give students a quick explanation of how Thryve can help them stay organized, study more efficiently, and turn their notes and course materials into helpful study resources. Responsibilities • Walk around designated areas of campus and approach students in a friendly and respectful way • Explain Thryve’s main features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner • Encourage interested students to visit the website, scan a QR code, and create an account • Hand out promotional materials or approved giveaways • Answer basic questions about the platform • Track the number of students approached, conversations completed, and sign-ups generated • Share common student questions and feedback with the Thryve team • Represent Thryve professionally and positively while on campus What We Are Looking For • Currently enrolled at or located near the following university's (Laurier, Queens, Waterloo, York, Guelph, Western) • Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people • Strong communication skills • Reliable and able to work independently • Familiar with popular areas and student traffic patterns on campus • Interested in technology, education, marketing, or student life • Previous experience in promotions, sales, clubs, or student organizations is helpful but not required

Requirements
Must be currently enrolled at or located near specific Ontario universities and possess strong communication skills. Confidence in starting conversations with strangers and an interest in technology or education is required.
