Campus Booth Staff/Ambassador — Ontario Universities Pay: Hourly + commission for every student you sign up · Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours, roughly twice a week, scheduled around your classes · Starting September Thryve is a study platform that helps students stay organized and turn their notes and course materials into study resources that actually work. We're hiring outgoing students to introduce it to their own campus. You and a partner will walk high-traffic areas like libraries, student centres, cafeterias, and outdoor spaces, where you'll strike up short conversations with other students, getting them signed up on the spot. Ambassadors may occasionally help run our campus booth for a day, but the core of the role is being out on campus talking to people. Where we're hiring Universities across Ontario, including but not limited to Western, Queen's, Waterloo, Laurier, York, Guelph, Guelph-Humber, and McMaster. What you'll do Approach students in a friendly, respectful way and explain what Thryve does Get interested students to scan your QR code and create an account on the spot Confirm the account was actually created before you move on — that's what your commission is paid on Hand out promotional materials and giveaways Answer basic questions about the platform Pass along common questions and feedback so we can improve the product What we're looking for Currently enrolled at an Ontario university Comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know Reliable, you show up for your shifts Promotions, sales, club, or student org experience is a plus, not a requirement Benefits of the role Paid hourly plus commission on every single signup, so a good shift pays well above the base rate. Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled students at an Ontario university who are comfortable initiating conversations with strangers. Reliability and previous experience in promotions, sales, or student organizations are preferred.
