Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Commercial and 3PL Logistics Sales Representative to join our dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering customized logistics solutions. This role is best suited to someone who already has client relationships and is looking for a fresh opportunity to better serve their customers. Responsibilities · Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals. · Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business by developing long-term client relationships. · Conduct client needs assessments and recommend customized logistics solutions. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. · Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. · Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and performance goals. · Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, forecasts, and client records within the CRM system. Qualifications · Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial moving, logistics, warehousing, or 3PL services. · Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a book of business, with an existing client base considered a strong asset. · Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills, including cold calling, networking, and referral development. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to assess client needs and translate them into practical, cost-effective solutions. · Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment. · Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. · Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace). · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
