Role Description The Event Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Stockyards area of Toronto responsible for supporting the Sales team with the planning of events. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, inputting leads, placing staffing orders, reviewing rental contracts, co-ordinating pack outs, and event signage design. The role involves acting as a primary administrative contact for the Sales/Event Managers, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure all requirements for events are met. The Event Administrator will also have the opportunity to be trained as an on site Event Manager if desired. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Candidates should possess strong Organizational skills to support the coordination of high-quality events. Candidates should possess Administrative skills to manage documentation and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Relevant skills such as time management, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are beneficial. Experience in hospitality (restaurants, catering, events), experience with culinary/restaurant software and design programs are considered valued added but not required.
