Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, a commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders to perform tasks on construction and project sites. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly. Complete tasks efficiently and according to project specifications. Collaborate with other team members and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Familiarity with various types of heavy equipment. Strong commitment to safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret project plans. GPS knowledge an asset. Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent.
