Full Stack Developer – C# / SQL Server

We are seeking a talented and solutions-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications and databases that support operational and business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong application development skills with advanced SQL Server expertise and enjoys collaborating with business users to develop practical, efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, maintain, and support web-based business applications. Develop applications using C#, JavaScript, and related technologies. Create and maintain web services and APIs. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues. Enhance and support existing applications while ensuring performance and reliability. Utilize Visual Studio and source control tools throughout the development lifecycle. Database Development Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases. Create and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers. Design database structures and data models to support business requirements. Perform query optimization and database performance tuning. Analyze and work within complex relational data models. Reporting & Business Intelligence Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-making. Translate operational and business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions. Present data in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly format. Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests. Business Collaboration Work closely with business users to gather requirements and understand operational challenges. Translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations. Qualifications Skills & Experience Proficiency in C# application development. Strong JavaScript development skills. Experience developing web-based business applications. Experience developing and supporting web services and APIs. Advanced Microsoft SQL Server development experience. Strong understanding of database design, data modelling, and query optimization. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting and maintaining production applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with .NET and MAUI. Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), security, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations. Experience with Microsoft Graph API. PowerShell scripting experience. Experience in integrating with Microsoft 365 applications and services. REST API development experience. Understanding of UI/UX design principles. Education & Experience Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of software development experience. Experience developing, supporting, and enhancing business applications. Experience working with SQL Server databases and complex data structures. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 annually

Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of software development experience. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and advanced SQL Server development is required.
