Toromont Cat is looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the business and a key driver of our growth initiatives. He/she will bring a passion for marketing strategy, demand generation and go‑to‑market execution, with a proactive desire to collaborate closely with regional VPs, Sales leadership and our corporate marketing team. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening our market presence and expanding market share across all segments. Partner with Caterpillar industry teams, including Caterpillar Financial, to ensure shared objectives, coordinated marketing and business plans, secured funding for initiatives, and clear accountability across all programs. Act as the primary liaison to maintain synergy between divisional priorities and enterprise strategies. Perform on-going market analyses to assess competitor positioning, pricing and sales strategies, monitor evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and go-to-market plans. Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies that support growth objectives and market leadership. Collaborate with Sales Operations and key stakeholders on pipeline and inventory planning to enable successful execution of marketing initiatives. Provide guidance on stocking locations based on growth plans and market opportunities, ensuring decisions are driven by forward-looking insights rather than historical patterns. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and Toromont stakeholders across all regions to drive growth initiatives, strengthen alignment between marketing and sales and enhance lead management practices for improved conversion and pipeline velocity. Track key performance indicators, report on marketing effectiveness and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI and business impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or another related discipline Working experience 6 - 8 years Knowledge on B2B marketing strategies and go‑to‑market (GTM) frameworks Experience collaborating with Sales Operations and cross‑functional teams Understanding of pricing models and inventory planning Competitive intelligence and market research methodologies Strong data analysis skills and KPI tracking capabilities Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with industry trends and the Caterpillar product portfolio Experience with budget management and ROI optimization About Toromont Cat With over 7,000 employees and 56 locations from Manitoba to Newfoundland, Toromont Cat has a proven track record, industry knowledge, dealership infrastructure, and service mindset to ensure our Construction, Mining, and Power Generation customers succeed.
