Location: Sudbury OR Barrie, Ontario We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a rapidly growing team. This role is well suited to a civil engineer with strong detailed design experience and a background in land development and municipal infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and complete civil engineering designs for land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, design calculations, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents. Design and coordinate water, wastewater, stormwater, drainage, grading, roads, and site servicing infrastructure. Manage projects from preliminary design through detailed design and construction. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Provide technical review, quality control, and mentorship to junior staff. Support construction activities, including site reviews, RFIs, contractor submissions, and technical problem-solving. Qualifications An engineering degree P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility for licensure. Strong experience with detailed civil engineering design and project delivery. Demonstrated experience working on land development projects. Experience designing water and wastewater infrastructure. Experience with municipal servicing, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and road design. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. Ability to lead projects and work effectively with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams. Why this role?
