They also handle capital project planning, budgeting, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates must possess a post-secondary diploma in Recreation Facilities or Building Management and have 3-5 years of property management experience. Additionally, 1-3 years of supervisory experience and strong mechanical and facility maintenance skills are required.
