Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Hybrid Two schedules available: Monday to Friday 05:00-13:00 PST Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 PST Our Client, a highly established leading construction company, works to design, build, transport, operate and maintain projects all over North America. We are looking for a full- time (Contract to Hire) Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher to join their team. The Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher is responsible for assigning work as well as answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers. You have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and are a natural problem solver which allows you to ensure work gets completed safely, on time, and with a high degree of quality. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers’ requirements are met Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurate Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication between teams Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate Creation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching) Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence outcomes Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment A stable Internet connection and the ability to work from home Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint No cover letters are required.
