In This Key Role, You Will Advise customers, in person and over the phone, on our vehicle parts and accessories Place orders and follow-up with customers as needed Provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations as required Create and maintain customer relationships. Under the hood To join our team, you need: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Diploma in parts sales and/or heavy vehicle parts experience (asset). About The Division The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.

Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A diploma in parts sales or experience with heavy vehicle parts is considered an asset.
