Coordinate a portfolio of 30–50 weddings annually, guiding couples through planning, conducting venue tours, and leading wedding-day logistics. Maintain event records and timelines, coordinate vendors and internal teams, ensure venue readiness, and complete post-event follow-up.

Develop event brands and extend their visual identities across campaigns, websites, merchandise, signage, and on-site experiences. Create marketing and design assets for digital and print channels, manage projects from brief through delivery, and maintain reusable templates and organized source files.

Lead the financial and operational performance of Trail Hub’s restaurant, banquet, wedding, event, and beverage operations, including budgets, forecasts, labor, costs, and profitability. Develop leaders and operating systems, strengthen reporting and controls, and ensure consistent service, compliance, and guest experiences across the business.
