Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Vice-President-Transdev West, with financial accountabilities to the CFO of Canada, the Head of Finance-Transdev West is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across the region. This role is a key member of the Transdev West Executive Committee. The role oversees financial planning, monthly financial processes, budgeting, forecasting and supports business performance while leading a geographically dispersed finance team through both direct and functional reporting relationships. The Head of Finance supports our rapidly growing region by supporting the valuation of acquisitions and pricing new work. Acting as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, the Head of Finance translates financial information into practical business insight, supports commercial decision-making, and helps drive sustainable business performance and growth. This role provides strategic financial leadership and governance across the region, while building a connected and collaborative Finance community that enables strong operational and commercial performance Your Role Strategic Business Partnership Partner with executives, General Managers and operational leaders to make informed business decisions through financial analysis and commercial insight. Help operational leaders understand the financial drivers of their business and improve financial literacy across the organization. Help translate financial information into meaningful operational recommendations. Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial advice to operational leaders. Ensure business decisions are financially sound and aligned with organizational objectives. Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high performing Finance team, strengthening trust, collaboration,accountability, and engagement. Create a cohesive team culture that positions Finance as a trusted partner to the business. Foster a strong finance community across both direct reports and functionally aligned finance professionals throughout the region. Demonstrate strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge constructively, gain commitment, and lead through complexity and change. Provide influential, enterprise-level leadership by building credibility and trusted relationships across the organization. Promote collaboration between regional support function and local operations Build strong, trusted relationships across Transdev Canada, including in other regions and corporately Financial Planning & Performance Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance, identify emerging trends and proactively recommend corrective actions in coordination with operational leaders Develop the evaluation of business cases supporting operational initiatives, investments and pricing decisions. Support bid submissions through financial modelling and commercial analysis. Drive value creation by identifying cost optimization and operational improvement opportunities Growth & Integration Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. Lead the regional financial integration of newly acquired businesses while supporting the implementation of standardized financial processes. Partner with Head Office Finance during acquisition activities. Participate in acquisitions by leading the regional financial integration process Accounting, Reporting and Governance Lead the regional finance function and foster collaboration across finance teams. Ensure timely month-end activities and strong financial discipline across the region. Coordinate with Head Office Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting. Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies. Support audit activities by coordinating information requests and operational responses. Maintain strong financial governance throughout regional operations. A commercially minded CPA or CFA with a strong accounting foundation and the ability totranslate financial insight into sound business decisions and strategic outcomes. A leader who balances analytical thinking with practical business judgment. Comfortable influencing senior operational leaders and executive stakeholders. Able to simplify complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations. Thrives in fast-paced, decentralized organizations. Builds credibility through relationships, curiosity and sound judgment Education And Experience CPA or CFA may be considered an asset if paired with commercial mindset. Progressive finance leadership experience within a complex, multi-site operating environment. Experience providing senior financial leadership within a large, complex, multi-site or decentralized organization, with demonstrated success influencing operational leaders anddriving consistent financial governance across geographically dispersed operations. 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams. Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis. Experience partnering with senior operational leaders to influence business decisions. Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or large-scale operational change is an asset. Requirements

Requires a commercially minded CPA or CFA with over 7 years of experience leading high-performing finance teams in complex, multi-site environments. Must possess strong FP&A skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
