Direct campaigns and content production, manage budgets and external partners, and collaborate across teams to optimize creative performance and ensure French and English language compliance.

Own and grow the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and other owned channels, building segmented, automated customer journeys from prospecting through retention and reactivation. Manage campaign planning and experimentation, measure incremental revenue and retention, maintain deliverability and regulatory compliance, and partner with teams on personalization and marketing technology.

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact, manage visitor access, mail, inquiries, and meeting rooms, and support daily office operations across three floors. Coordinate facilities, supplies, vendors, repairs, new-hire workspace setup, safety procedures, budgets, and related records.
