Oversee new and used vehicle sales and F&I operations, including coaching the sales team, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and managing inventory and pricing. Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience, resolve escalated concerns, maintain compliance, and participate in community and promotional events.
