Lead Hand 310T Technician – Niagara Falls, ON An established motorcoach transportation company in Niagara Falls is seeking an experienced Lead Hand 310T Technician to support daily maintenance operations and provide technical leadership within the shop. This position is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and annual safety inspections on commercial vehicles while assisting with workflow coordination, mentoring apprentices, and supporting overall fleet reliability. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, buses, motorcoaches, or similar commercial vehicles Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with diesel engines, electrical systems, HVAC, brakes, suspension, and steering components Experience performing annual safety inspections and preventative maintenance Previous leadership, mentoring, or Lead Hand experience considered an asset Ability to prioritize work, coordinate repairs, and support shop productivity Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (DZ preferred) Ability to travel across the U.S. border What We Offer: Starting rate of $46.66/hour Overtime after 40 hours worked Tool allowance Pension plan Health and dental benefits Paid vacation, personal days, and sick time Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Safety-Sensitive Position Successful candidates must comply with all company safety requirements, including participation in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.
