They also coordinate between internal departments, field staff, and suppliers to ensure accurate documentation and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Service & Warranty Coordinator

The Service & Warranty Coordinator manages incoming homeowner service requests and schedules technicians or trades to address defects. This role also involves maintaining clear communication with construction and sales teams while providing administrative support to service staff.
