What you’ll do: Assume responsibility for the Dining Room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager Check tables before seating, and during meals, to ensure proper service and presentation Ensure proper workflow in the Dining Room area and handle any concerns brought forward by Residents Other duties as required What you bring: 5 Star Dining Room Training Two years’ experience as a Dining Room server in a retirement setting Proven ability to show leadership amongst peers Experience working with Mature Adults in a hospitality setting Good communication skills in English Some computer proficiency required Hourly rate: $19.80 At Delmanor our team members are dedicated to delivering the Delmanor Experience to our residents and their guests.
