Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support the full range of HR functions for TRILINK LOGISTICS INC., ensuring consistent and compliant people practices across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bolton, ON, and includes responsibilities such as administering HR policies, managing employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting performance management activities, assisting with employee relations matters, maintaining HR documentation, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives, while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management for day-to-day employee support and administration. Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies to develop, implement, and maintain compliant HR frameworks. Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits to administer and communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to support employee relations and foster a respectful workplace. Experience with HRIS systems, documentation management, and basic data reporting for HR metrics and compliance. Understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations in Ontario or Canada. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within logistics, transportation, or a similar operational environment. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CHRP or equivalent) is an asset.
