It requires strong product knowledge, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently guide customers through important financial decisions. You’re someone who likes to understand how things work, stay current on programs and requirements, and use that knowledge to find solutions. You Bring 1–2+ years of recent automotive financial services/F&I experience with a demonstrated track record of success Valid VSA licence Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, warranties, and protection products Ability to analyze deal structures and identify financing solutions that work for both the customer and dealership Confidence presenting financing and protection options clearly and professionally Strong attention to detail with a high standard for documentation accuracy Ability to interpret and follow lender, dealership, and regulatory requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active deals A methodical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Ability to remain accurate and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar What Your Day Will Look Like Be the Financial Services Expert: Stay current on lender programs, financing options, leasing, warranties, protection products, and regulatory requirements so you can confidently guide customers and support the sales team. Analyze & Structure Deals: Review each opportunity, assess available options, and work with lending partners to structure competitive financing solutions while supporting dealership profitability. Guide Customers With Confidence: Break down financing terms, products, policies, and options clearly so customers understand their choices and can make informed decisions. Own the Details: Prepare and review contracts, bills of sale, finance documentation, lien information, and delivery paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Protect the Deal: Ensure applications, disclosures, approvals, contracts, and supporting documentation meet lender, dealership, and regulatory requirements before the vehicle leaves the dealership. Solve the Challenging Deals: Work through financing obstacles, lender requirements, documentation issues, and more complex transactions to find practical solutions and keep deals moving forward. Partner With Sales: Work closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to structure deals, provide financial expertise, and move customers efficiently from purchase decision through delivery. Share Your Knowledge: Keep the sales team informed on lender programs, lease and finance options, protection products, and program changes that can help them better support customers.
