Source and attract top talent through ATS, social media, job boards, and creative outreach. Develop talent pipelines across multiple engineering and technical disciplines. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to recommend qualified applicants. Support the full recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Organize and prioritize multiple high‑volume requisitions effectively. Contribute to market research and business development activities. Handle additional recruiting duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Required A minimum of 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced hybrid environment Experience with high‑volume technical hiring is a must Background Check Required, Prior to Employment TRS is an equal-opportunity employer, accepting all applicants regardless of age, gender, sex, national origin, disability, or otherwise protected class.
