Role Description Residential AV Sales Representative role is based in Quebec. The representative will prospect and develop new commercial and residential AV business across Quebec, including identifying potential dealer partners, integrators, and end clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, demonstrating AV solutions, preparing proposals and quotes, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing responsive service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate ordering, delivery, and post-sale support. The representative will also stay informed about AV product lines, market trends, and competitive offerings, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing feedback to improve True49’s dealer-focused programs. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including Sales and New Business Development, with a track record of meeting revenue or growth targets. Experience delivering effective Sales Presentations and communicating technical AV concepts in clear, practical terms. Customer-focused mindset, with proven Customer Service abilities and relationship-building skills across commercial and residential markets. Exposure to residential construction/integration environments, and familiarity with commercial AV applications. Knowledge of audio-visual products, integration workflows, or technology distribution is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Quebec and travel to Vancouver, BC and other regions as required. Strong organizational, pipeline management, and CRM skills, with attention to detail in quoting and order processing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with dealer partners, integrators, and trade professionals. Relevant post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
