We serve the six Tŝilhqot’in communities of Tl’esqox, Tŝideldel, Tl’etinqox, Yuneŝit’in, Xeni Gwet’in and ʔEsdilagh.

The Tŝilhqot'in National Government (TNG) was established in 1989 to meet the needs and represent the Tŝilhqot’in Nation and Tŝilhqot'in communities of Tl'etinqox, ʔEsdilagh, Yuneŝit'in, Tŝi Deldel, Tl'esqox and Xeni Gwet'in in their strive to re-establish a strong political government structure. The communities work as a Nation to continue the fight of our six war Chiefs of 1864. The war Chiefs stood against the Canadian Government in an effort to gain Tŝilhqot'in Aboriginal Rights and Title to the lands we call Tŝilhqot'in. TNG has a dedicated obligation to its people to establish programs that reflect Tŝilhqot'in culture and customs in every aspect of governance. The role of TNG administration is to carry out the wishes of Tŝilhqot'in citizens through their respected Chieftainship. The TNG continues to advocate on behalf of all Tŝilhqot'in citizens regardless of the many labels Foreign Governments place on its membership.

They are responsible for conducting program reviews, analyzing systemic trends, and developing performance measures to strengthen service delivery.

The Senior Program Manager oversees program operations, manages budgets, and coordinates the collective work of the team to support Indigenous-led initiatives. They also facilitate governance processes and maintain relationships with partner organizations, funders, and Tsilhqot'in leadership.

The Junior ECE Coordinator supports the Senior ECE Coordinator in strengthening early learning and child care services across the Tsilhqot’in Nation. Responsibilities include building relationships with community programs, assisting with reports and workplans, and supporting culturally grounded early learning initiatives.

The Climate Change Coordinator will provide administrative support for climate change initiatives and the Women's Council. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing community engagement data, drafting reports, and assisting with grant proposal development.

The Band Manager leads the planning, organization, and day-to-day operations of the ʔEsdilagh First Nation while ensuring fiscal responsibility. This role serves as the primary liaison between Chief and Council and administration, overseeing various departments and implementing strategic goals.
