The Education Manager coordinates K-12 and post-secondary education programs, providing individualized career planning and advocacy for Tsleil-Waututh Nation students. The role also involves administrative oversight, including budget management, record keeping, and collaborating with external educational partners. A post-secondary degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in program coordination or community-based environments. Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and demonstrate a strong understanding of Indigenous cultural safety and trauma-informed practices.
