Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst – Model Risk Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in model risk governance, Agile delivery, and data migration within risk platforms and a proven ability to translate regulatory and governance requirements into detailed, testable platform specifications. Responsibilities: Requirements elicitation and analysis across Model Risk, model owners, validators, business users, and dependent technology teams, aligned to MRM policies and governance. Epic and user story decomposition with clear acceptance criteria for inventory management, validation lifecycle, and findings tracking. Process and workflow modeling for development, independent validation, approval, and monitoring to enable a unified MRM workflow across tiers. Testing and quality assurance partnership to define test cases and validate solutions for business and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder communication to maintain alignment on requirements, status, and deliverables with MRM leadership and technology. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Business Analyst experience within Model Risk Management, model validation, or quantitative risk functions. Knowledge of MRM principles, model tiering, development, independent validation, and monitoring aligned to SR 11-7 and SS1/23 or equivalent guidance. Experience with large-scale data migration, including analysis, mapping, and validation for model inventory or risk data. Agile delivery expertise (Scrum or Kanban) with ability to write Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert governance needs into technical specifications. Experience reviewing test cases and supporting QA activities for workflow validation. Clear communication and stakeholder management across risk, technology, audit, and leadership. Preferred Skills: Background with model inventory platforms or governance tooling. Experience coordinating with audit and compliance functions on MRM controls and evidence.
