We’re helping a client hire a Lead Product Designer focused on Growth for a remote role in Canada 🇨🇦. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can connect strong product design with measurable growth outcomes across areas like: acquisition, activation, onboarding, and retention monetization and conversion experimentation and funnel optimization product strategy and cross-functional leadership AI-assisted prototyping and modern design workflows The ideal person has deep experience designing complex digital products and can move comfortably between strategy, research, systems thinking, interaction design, and polished execution. This is not a “make the button bigger” growth role. The team is looking for someone who can understand the full journey, identify where value is created or lost, and design experiences that are genuinely better for users and the business. Location: Canada, remote Level: Lead Product Designer Experience: Ideally 8+ years in product design, with meaningful growth experience

What you’ll do

The Lead Product Designer will drive growth outcomes by optimizing the user journey through acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. They will lead product strategy and execute complex design workflows using AI-assisted prototyping and systems thinking.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in product design with a strong focus on growth-driven outcomes. They must be able to navigate between high-level strategy and polished interaction design execution.
