As a Workplace Technology Analyst, you will be a key part of the employee experience team, ensuring that our global colleagues have the best tools and technology support necessary to perform at their best. You will engage directly with users to resolve technical issues across Windows and macOS platforms as well as support a range of cloud-based SaaS tools in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for workplace technology support requests from the global team. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues on Windows and macOS devices. Support onboarding processes for new employees with technology setup. Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and automation through collaboration with senior team members. Proactively identify areas for improvement in workplace technology and user experience. Candidate Profile: A passion to build a career in workplace technology and IT support. Previous exposure to IT support through education, internships, or work experience preferred. A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly. Proactive and responsible with strong ownership of tasks. Interest in sports, entertainment, or working within a dynamic agency environment is a plus. Technical Skills: Experience supporting Windows and macOS platforms; familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune is advantageous. Comfortable managing support tickets and providing detailed status updates. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, with Jira preferred. Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Office 365, including troubleshooting syncing and access issues. Strong troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, and access permissions.
