Overview Tyndale is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead a team of National Account Executives and drive profitable growth across a significant revenue territory. This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to develop high-performing teams, grow strategic customer relationships, and lead the pursuit of large, complex new business opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll combine people leadership, sales strategy, and key account oversight to drive customer retention, organic growth, and new account acquisition. You’ll coach and develop your team, shape strategies for major opportunities, build relationships with key customer stakeholders, and use sales performance and market insights to continually strengthen results. HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 2 days per week, and 3 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in City Centre, Houston, TX. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of National Account Executives, establishing clear goals, accountability, feedback, and development plans that drive individual and team success. Own the performance of a significant revenue territory, driving customer retention, organic account growth, and large-scale new business acquisition. Develop and execute sales strategies that expand key accounts, strengthen long-term customer relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities within target markets. Provide strategic leadership on large and complex sales opportunities, guiding account strategy, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and the overall sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across current and prospective strategic accounts. Establish sales objectives, operating plans, and performance metrics and use data and market insights to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive sustainable results. Lead accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing leadership with clear visibility into performance, opportunities, risks, and expected revenue. Partner with the Vice President of Sales and cross-functional leaders to align territory and account strategies with broader company priorities and remove barriers to growth. Develop team capability and succession while effectively managing departmental resources, staffing needs, budgets, and changing business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing teams and large territories. Proven success growing large accounts, acquiring new business, and consistently achieving revenue targets. Experience within a strategic and consultative sales environment required, including managing complex sales opportunities and relationships. Demonstrated success leading, coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing sales professionals. Strong strategic thinking, business development, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and business acumen with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and managing multiple priorities.
