Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Price Coordinator to manage regional contract pricing and support profitability across corporate and associated stores. In this role, you will analyze cost and selling prices, maintain pricing data, coordinate annual price reviews, and provide insights to help leaders balance competitive pricing with strong gross margins. You will also partner with the Major Accounts team to support RFQs, contract pricing, bids, and sales reporting Salary Range: $70,100 – $87,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Your main responsibilities: Develop and maintain tools to effectively manage regional contract pricing and invoicing. Monitor and analyze cost-price trends for corporate and associated stores. Communicate pricing guidelines and recommendations to store managers and owners. Update pricing information in internal systems on a monthly basis. Coordinate the annual review of selling prices with corporate store managers, based on cost changes. Analyze selling-price and gross-margin variances to support profitable pricing decisions. Partner with the Major Accounts team to support RFQs and contract-pricing requirements. Assist with bid development by preparing detailed sales reports and pricing analyses Qualifications To join our team, you need: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Experience with pricing, invoicing, contract pricing, RFQs, bids, or related financial analysis preferred Ability to develop pricing tools and reports, communicate recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support profitable pricing decisions Additional Information UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
