As an Operations Analyst at Uline's Toronto location, you'll turn operational data into actionable insights, solve business challenges and recommend improvements that drive performance. Position Responsibilities Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions. Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations. Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results. Partner with teams across Uline — including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations — to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives. Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred. 3+ years of analyst experience, with experience in auditing and data analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI. Knowledge in VBA and Power Automate preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
