Role Description The Sales & Project Coordinator role is a full-time position based in Longueuil, QC with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, tracking opportunities, and coordinating communications with customers, architects, and internal stakeholders. The Sales & Project Coordinator will assist in all aspects of project coordination including respecting timelines, organizing documentation, and ensuring that specifications, orders, and change requests are accurately managed. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining CRM and quote / project records, preparing proposals, and facilitating smooth hand-offs between sales, accounting, drafting, engineering, and production teams. The role also requires proactive follow-up on project milestones, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong project coordination skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation. Solid analytical and mathematical skills to interpret technical information, review specifications, and read plans. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem resolution. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in working with internal teams and external clients. Sales-related skills, such as supporting quote preparation, tracking opportunities, and assisting with follow-ups and account management. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or project management software. Relevant education in business, engineering, construction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of architectural products or the construction industry is an asset; bilingual English/French language skills are considered an advantage.
