Date Schedule Mode of Delivery Language January 11, 2027- April 14 2027 Thursday 5:30PM – 8:30PM In-class courses FR Course description: Definitions of trauma: multidisciplinary approaches. Disruptions in adaptive functions. Decision-making in crisis situations. The impact of trauma based on certain determining variables. Conflict and psychological transformation. The School of Conflict Studies at Saint Paul University seeks an instructor to teach a practice-oriented course that integrates theoretical and applied approaches to conflict coaching and consultation, with particular attention to workplace and organizational conflict. The course examines conflict assessment, communication and coaching strategies, narrative and other coaching approaches, mediation and negotiation, restorative practices, and the application of conflict coaching in ombuds, management, human resources, therapeutic, and related professional settings. Students also develop practical skills through applied conflict-coaching scenarios and exercises. Required experience and qualifications: * Passive proficiency in the second official language * Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns. * Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools * Substantial professional experience in the field of conflict resolution, particularly as a mediator, conflict management coach, facilitator, or practitioner working within an integrated or comprehensive conflict management system (e.g., ICMS/CMS), as well as the ability to draw connections between the scientific literature and contemporary professional practice Please submit your application (letter of intent and CV) online using the job posting system, by September 29 2026, 11:59 PM.
