The Manager, Academic Programs and Student Services oversees the strategic and operational management of four strategic areas in the College of Health Sciences, including Undergraduate (UG) Programs, Graduate Programs, Professional Development and International Programs and activities. Responsibilities include: leadership of full- and part-time staff, ensuring excellent service to students and other stakeholders, financial and human resource management, risk management, and building and strengthening partnerships, both internal and external to the University. The position plays an important role in the College’s academic program strategic planning and management, ensuring all activities support the College's goals in the areas of academic programming and student experience. The manager oversees the strategic and operational management of undergraduate, graduate, professional development, and international programs within the College of Health Sciences. Responsibilities include leading staff, managing financial and human resources, and building internal and external partnerships to support academic goals.

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree, with a master's degree preferred in a field such as health or business administration. A minimum of 5 years of experience in student services, advising, or admissions is required, along with extensive knowledge of university policies.
