Le cours aborde les différents rôles des professionnels de l'information, notamment celui de la formation relativement aux services d'information, celui de permettre aux utilisateurs d'effectuer des recherches indépendantes, et le rôle qu'ils exercent à l'égard de la formation du personnel. Le cours se penche également sur les questions liées aux technologies d'aide à l'apprentissage et sur ses différentes approches. Requirements

A PhD or Master's degree in Information Science or Librarianship from an ALA-accredited institution is required. Candidates must also possess professional experience and research publications in the field.
