Compensation: Annual salary + performance-based + bonus Why Upgraded? We’re not just another grants consultancy—we’re building the App Store for AI Work, a centralized platform where strategy, funding, and automation meet. Our AI engine discovers, qualifies, drafts, and applies for every grant or subsidy a company is eligible for—with minimal human overhead. Funded on results: no win, no fee. Upgraded helps high-growth tech startups unlock an average of $104k/year in savings, close to without lifting a finger. That's possible because our AI and automation uncover funding opportunities missed by human teams. Our promise? If we don’t deliver results, clients don’t pay. What You’ll Do Source with precision: Use our AI platform to identify and qualify relevant grants/subsidies for clients. Ownership of proposals: Draft, refine, and deliver high-impact submissions—with AI-powered autofill and narrative finesse. Align and execute: Coordinate with clients and internal Ops/Revenue leads to align funding timelines with business roadmaps. Measure and improve: Deliver ROI-focused reports, feed insights back into the platform, and iterate fast. Drive platform evolution: Help shape our “GrantGPT”—enhancing its intelligence, usability, and strategic capability. EARN trust: Act as the primary client liaison—simplifying the complex, telling compelling stories in English and French. We operate in founder mode: deeply involved, outcome-focused, and committed to excellence. We believe in building things people need—in a simple, direct manner. As Paul Graham reminds us: start small, move fast, iterate, and don’t underestimate the power of clarity in writing and thinking (Paul Graham).
