Take pride in being organized and detail-oriented Enjoy learning new skills and taking on new challenges Work well independently and as part of a team Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Are committed to quality workmanship What You'll Do As a Shipper/Receiver Assistant, you will: Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and supplies Prepare and package outgoing shipments for customers, vendors, and project sites Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Stage materials for production and project requirements Maintain clean and organized warehouse and yard areas Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and company vehicles when trained and authorized Support daily housekeeping and 5S initiatives Assist with yard maintenance, snow removal, and general shop upkeep Follow all company safety policies and procedures while contributing to a strong safety culture What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
