Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. The Store Supervisor collaborates with management to oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining visual standards. They are responsible for training and coaching team members while ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and proven leadership skills in customer service. A passion for interior décor and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, along with a flexible schedule for shifts.
