Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends). The Sales Associate will guide customers in selecting furniture and home décor while providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience. They are also responsible for processing transactions and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and a passion for interior design. The role requires the ability to use POS technology and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
