Requirements

Candidates must be Canadian-qualified lawyers with 2–4 years of post-call litigation experience at a recognized Canadian law firm, including experience in complex corporate or commercial litigation, construction litigation, and class action defence. The role also requires above-average academic performance, initiative, strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills, excellent client-service and interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
